No bias here. He lost it for the wrong reason.

He's ok. My impression of him is that he goes down after the first touch too often, and that he can't get 2-3 yards when we need them. I don't know if that's unfair or not, but it's my impression. I judge him as a first round pick. I don't think any NFL team needs to take a RB in the first round. If the Saints pick Fournette in the first round this year, or Guice next year, that will be a wasted pick IMO.

What about a full yard pc more than someone running behind the same Line? Despite being presumably less fresh due to more carries

He was visibly upset on the sidelines after the last touchdown. The assumption is that he didn't get to score it.

He's a touchdown away from a 100k bonus. I'd be pissed too

1. I think he was wrong, everyone makes mistakes.

I agree.

2. He is a good guy and most definitely not a thug.

I agree.

3. The only reason why you are judging him from this one moment is because most of you are LSU fans, be honest. It took like 5 meltdowns for you guys to agree to OBJ was a basket case and he doesn't even play for the saints.

Disagree. Sure Ill never "like" him because hes a gump but if hes the best they have then Ill "love" him playing for the Saints. The Saints cut two guys that were WAY better. Khiry Robinson and Chris Ivory.

Meh. He has 2 more games.

If Payton keeps yanking him in the red zone the rest of the year, he has a strong case for a grievance.

It has nothing to do with him being from Bama. Harper is a Bama guy who exudes class. Ingram acted like an arse. For the record, OBJ has been acting like an idiot too.

I would like him more if he had speed in open field.

Why should he and why would you expect him to? He plays for the New Orleans Saints. Literally every player in the NFL tweets/instagrams about their college team.

Never said he had to...just stating facts as to why Ingram is not liked at times as a response to original post. They all post about their teams from college...etc.

Ingram has at times seemed to want to instigate LSU fans in the home town he plays in.

He's earned the right to talk all the trash he wants. Fans have the right to boo him out of town.

Duece McCalister went to Ole Miss. Do not like Ole Miss. I own a Duece jersey. Do not care where a Saints player went to college.

Saints fans have bashed Harper his entire career here.

I've got a problem with it.

not so much with him but this is also the 2nd time a player has gotten testy or made comments about not getting the ball enough.

Cooks was whining a few weeks ago when he didn't score against the Rams and now Ingram today( I guess that's why he was mad).

and a few years ago Jimmy Graham and Stills supposedly had attitude problems.

something is fishy here.

I'm glad we won but there is a pattern here of players drawing negative attention now for a few years.

might not be a big deal moving forward but its hard not to notice.

He was one of the top RBs in the NFL earlier in the season in missed tackles created.

Ivory was traded and couldn't stay healthy with us

Robinson is no longer on a roster after his brutal injury with us

All Roman Harper had to do was tackle Vernon fricking Davis one time and Bountygate never happens. Sorry not sorry
