I want Watson. He can learn under Brees for a year or two then be a franchise QB. Will not happen; I wish it would though.

I don't understand why people think Watson will be so good at the next level

He seems smart. Pass first qb with some playmaking ability if used properly. I don't love his arm, but I like it.

Watson didn't even have a good year this year.

I'll take Jabril Peppers, Adoree Jackson, Jonathan Allen or Teez Taylor.

I'm not that impressed with any of the QBs this year, but if we did take a QB, I'd take Brad Kaaya or Mason Rudolph in a later round.

Saban says him and Cam Newton are the best college players he's ever seen.

So there's that. I trust Sabans judgement.

Marino wasn't impressive his last year in college either. I just don't think Kaaya has it between the ears.

We're not at the draft a QB in the first round stage yet guys, we just aren't. Even if you think we should be, that's not where this front office is.

IMO they'll draft the BPA at DE, LB, or CB.

I think Brees has atleast three great years left. Possibly as much as five. That being said I want Cunningham or Peppers in the 1st and a guard or bpa in the second.

This year free agency will be as key as the draft.

Why would yall want to lose out when we could win out and literally be a lock for the playoffs? Let's start tanking if we lose next week. Pull Drew, let Snead play some QB1 and force the ball to cooks

Also I'm pretty sure Saban wanted Brees but they wouldn't let him have him

This is the only answer. Maybe shoot for some Mid-round OL. We desperately need pass rush from outside and corners.

To be fair, it was the Dolphins medical staff who told Saban not to pursue Brees and he deferred to them.

I have never heard Saban say publicly he has ever made a mistake. He has even blamed the fans before for one of his losses.

He did eventually say he could have left Miami with more than a post it note before heading to Bama. It just took 5 years after the fact.

Why? He's as overrated as they come. Not to mention he is a really small LB (6-1, 205Ibs).
