What would you rather-

down 7 with 1 minute & 2 Timeouts left or

down 3 with 12 seconds & no timeouts

this is kinda out there and controversial, but who knows.

Really? Yeah, but who is going to RUN THE frickING RIGHT ROUTE or catch the ball. Evidently, no one.

Give the ball to Deuce, run the clock or burn their timeouts. Give your team a chance if the fg is missed.

your reply to me:

it wouldve burnt maybe 10-15 extra seconds tops.

No it would have burned about 50 seconds or forced minnesota to burn their timeouts which they needed each one on that drive.

note the word timeouts...as in plural. you did not reply to someone else, that was a reply to me. i feel like im pulling teeth. you were wrong about them having to use both timeouts.

Look, I will make it easier for some of you. Don't fire him, but at least admit that he mishandled that situation.

If you can't do that, you are a squirrel.

How many games does he have to blow to get fired?

So the 15 penalties, 3 turnovers, 2 missed field goals were Sean's fault?

It's not like the Saints played a perfect game and then Sean's play calling in the end lost them the game. There are more factors than that last drive THAT WERE NOT SEAN'S FAULT that led to tonight's loss.

If Deuce takes the ball on 4th and 1 and doesn't make it, does New Orleans sink beneath the waves?

Holy fricking shite, I put the letter s on the end of timeouts. Did I say all of their timeouts? NO I typed an S. They did use both of their timeouts and would have been without one at the end. My point is still valid.

good nite folks,

I stand by the fact that Payton should have moved the clock past the 2:00 mark prior to kicking the FG.

You have to plan on making it. And one less timeout and 15 more seconds off the clock is big.

Oh well, the season is young, the Saints will frick em up this bad again.

considering they only had two at that point putting an s on the end is the same thing as saying they wouldve used all of them.

Whatever, discuss the point, which evidently you can't. They needed both timeouts on that drive. If you read my original scenario, they would have only had the opportunity to use one timeout. Which would have just left them with one which they needed two on that drive.

Thanks for actually discussing something of substance. Without the last timeout, thaey would have had to rush out the fg unit which makes a big difference. With the timeout they could take their time and set up the play before to end at the middle of the field.

11 penalties -102 I don't know about Fire but something needs to be done.

He continues to run Bush instead of Finding someone who can or at least find someone in Free Agency. Reggie Bush is a lot of things but running Back he is not.

I told myself there is no way I would sit on the clock and hope the kicker makes the FG to win the game not after seeing what happened against Denver and definitely not after seeing the blocked kick returned for a Touchdown. I would have tried for the TD before the FG attempt.
