great blocking tight end that will be missed, but if we can find a jack of all trades like jason witten in the later ends it'll be good enough.

Thanks for the help in the superbowl run!

as for johnny patrick, the image of being burned by dwayne harris aka mr #4 on depth chart burns in my eyes. corey white and elbert mack leapfrogged him in the depth chart, shows you how bad he was.

This JP cut really opens the door for like a mid to late round wild card type draft pick that may or may have not have played for a home university team and may or may not have enjoyed some legal to illegal type stuff you smoke.

I thought Corey White played well. Mack played pretty good. I'd like for us to pick up another corner via free agency

Guess we may yet see a gut job on this roster. Kind of surprised with Thomas, and I'll be curious to see where we get our corners from this year.

I've been preaching this. White, Mack, bush, quddus. I like the potential these guys have shown. It's time for a revolution. Cut the fat contracts and infuse some youth into this defense along with some of the key veterans that are actually worth keeping.

I really think the massacre starts now. We are going to see a lot of guys get cut, and we are going to bring in lots of 2nd and 3rd year guys as well as a lot of UDFAs. We have to at this point because of the league minimums for longer term vets and our cap situation. We're going to just have to forgo veteran depth.

getting Lutz from AU as a late round draft steal would work out nicely.

I mean we were at rock bottom with robinson, greer, harper, and jenkins.

we played better as corey white got better, when IAQ and bush were allowed to play safety, and mack was in.

I'm all for cutting (maybe trade to a desperate team) robinson, harper, and jenkins. I'd keep greer because a healthy greer is by far our best DB though.

I mean if we can have white-greer on either side and IAQ/bush at safeties, not including whoever we may end up drafting or adding on for depth. Can't be any worse than what we fielded last year right?

I think the problem is that he is at great risk to forget things...

Robinson is a solid man to man CB.

Harper needs to take a pay cut.

He's close to being lock down. It seems every time he gives up the big play he's draped over the guy but just doesn't have his head turned around to see the ball coming. I don't get the hate for him.
