With Jets and Falcons at home and Bugs on the road we better win out.

Saints have tiebreaker over Carolina. Carolina and Atlanta also play week 17; one of them will lose unless they tie.

would be the 2nd best outcome

1st would be a Dark Knight Rises Terrorist Situation where Bane blows up the stadium.

They'll be playing against Rodgers (likely) next week. It's conceivable that we could have a one game lead over everyone again with two games left after next week.

What happens if Atlanta beats us again

And carolina beats Atlanta in final game

Creating a 3 way tie between saints falcons panthers

With saints sweeping panthers, panther sweeping falcons, falcons sweeping saints?

I'm glad Panthers won. I want us to HAVE to bring it every week and to win out to finish 12-4. Whatever forces us to keep having to win because at 12-4 a first round bye is still possible at the end of it all.

Need to get healthy and beat the Jets and falcons and we make playoffs. After the last few years, that’s all I want.

Rams today. Then both to lose a later game + Vikings loss + Saints win out = Saints #1 seed. Still in play

If Rams win then saints would be #1 seed had we not gotten screwed in ATL

Three or More Clubs

(Note: If two clubs remain tied after third or other clubs are eliminated during any step, tie breaker reverts to step 1 of the two-club format).

1 Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games among the clubs).

2 Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.

3 Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.

4 Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.

5 Strength of victory.

6 Strength of schedule.

Don’t we want the Eagles to beat the Rams? If we’re going for that first round bye anyway.

Which makes this much harder. I doubt the Eagles lose a game after this one but one can hope

With the remaining schedules of both teams, no. If Seattle wins against Jacksonville today and against the Rams next week at home, they jump up to the division lead.
