Teddy Bruschi just said "the saints had to beat the vikings tonight to validate their championship last year." That is one of the most absurd things I've ever heard on ESPN.

Jim Henderson said before the game that a win would "confirm it." You just have to think about the way the rest of the nation may look at it I guess.

Bull fricking shite. You know what validates our Championship? That frickin Lombardi trophy we brought home from Miami. Nothing this season has to "validate" ANYTHING from last season. This is a completely new season.
