Depth and talent is always a plus...

That knee injury took a toll...Nice depth if he is over the hill on that. really low risk, like it a lot.

Wanted him last year

Would be great land him and a cheap wide receiver so we can go into draft looking for BPA with two of top three picks.

Anthony Spencer is my favorite FA.

He and Rob have a history...do like this, if we get him cheap

Cool with me. This would also allow us to use a later pick for OLB/DE. Maybe a couple of project OLB/DE in rounds 5-7.

Hopefully he works out better for us than Victor Butler... ....honestly though, as mentioned already he shouldn't cost much so it should be a low risk signing

I don't really think it would change our need for one in the draft that much. Spencer is 31.

How much money do we have to spend? It seems like Spencer or maybe a very cheap WR is all we can afford. Do we have enough to sign 2 guys?

Couple years too late but would like the pickup

He was elite in 2012. Missed 2013 with injury. +5.7 on PFF last season in limited snaps.

About to ask the same question. I thought we were still over the cap.
I guess it will force them to deal with Evans sooner rather than later.

We are 1.7 mil under right now and we still haven't done anything with Jahris contract.

Just under 2 mill I think.
Bush could still be cut. Evans is still in limbo it seems. If they wish to keep Jordan could they give a new contract that would lessen his 7 mill cap hit this year?
