Yeah, the problem was he was playing with a torn quad in 10' and they kept him in. Everyone could see he wasn't right.

I would say Stinchcomb was about as good at RT as Shanle was at LB. Stinchcomb had one really good year and the rest were okay to bad.

Good, then he can go back to his natural Iseligible position!

Jason Smith graded out pretty good as the 3 OT for the Jets last year, and is almost guaranteed to be on a cheaper contract than Streif. Assuming everyone is healthy, with the players on the roster as of today we could very well see Brown at LT, Marcel Jones or Bryce Harris at RT, and either Smith or Olsen at 3rd OT/blocking TE.

The udfa won't, but the draft class as a whole is factored into the cap figure as I understand.

The top 51 rule is still in effect(never heard about the first round thing before) so they'll only cost what they go over of the guys they bump out of the top 51.

Just a for instance, if the first round pick has a cap hit of $1.5 mil and the 51st player has a cap hit of $500,000, the first rounder will replace him and add $1 mil to the cap.

The 3rd and on rounders won't add much of anything to the cap. We may actually have just enough to sign our 5 current picks(maybe a couple of hundred thousand to spare).

This is not to say we won't see a cut or two after June 1st and once they see how the young guys are doing. Strief is definitely one that could be on the chopping block with several cheaper options.
