I had a bad feeling when they announced he was in ICU yesterday, surrounded by his loved ones.

WWL 870 reporting: LINK

Link to the final hour of Double Coverage with TBob Hebert and Kristian Garic when they announce Hokie's passing.

Rough day to be a Sports Talk listener in NOLA. 2 great Saints gone in 2 days.

Crappy way to start this week!

RIP
You could hear in Garic and T-Bob's voices they were struggling closing the show.

Man, what an awful past couple of days. Can't imagine Sundays without hearing Hokie on the call.

RIP Hokie

I was listening to Deke on my way in to work tonight and it was tough listening to him struggle to stay composed talking about Will Smith. When he had Shanle on I was struggling too. I heard part of Loomis' call and then I just listened to Brees' call a little but ago. That was a tough show. Wish I could have heard Garic and T-Bob tonight.

I didn't realize he was only 56. Would've guessed he was in his mid sixties.

Listening to the games on the saints radio network won't be the same.

Kyle wanted to know if there was a link to Garic and TBob's show... Here's a link to a podcast of the final 40 or so minutes of the show...
