He is at worst the 3rd best OLB behind Taylor and Derek Thomas. If Rickey played in NYC he would have been in a hall long ago. LT would have made it no matter who he played for, but playing for the New York Football Giants and winning a couple of bowls certainly didn't hurt.

Jim Finks wasnt a player, thus Ricky Jackson who played 12 years in New Orleans and is known primarily as a Saint is the FIRST TRUE SAINT TO MAKE THE NFL HALL OF FAME.
