I just watched the clip from the game where Brett Favre threw the INT to Porter, and man, looking back on that game, I remember when the Vikings were driving down the field with the clock winding down, I was like, it's over, they're going to kick a field goal, and that will be it, the Super Bowl dream will be gone.
I was about 10 rows from the top of the dome (375 for the ticket...when I had season tickets for like 150 in the Haslett era
). I could feel it slipping away like any success we had ever had in the past. I was getting really sick about it an told my brother that if we lose this game in this manner I may be done with sports for awhile. That incredible season and all its magic seemed like it was going to be gone.
