Murray is just a guy.

Ingram was so much more.

What hurts more about the Ingram situation is it was a misunderstanding and we could have kept him.

I missed him the day they signed Murray.

Nothing against Murray bc I thought he’d be fine. But Ingram was one of the vet leaders in the team and was really in his prime. He wasn’t just a guy

I think Ingram wanted to be the guy somewhere and/or get a huge pay day. All things being equal (which it turns out they were), he was going to leave. For better or worse, that is on him.

I love Ingram and miss him but dont throw the towel in on Murray. He does seem to get a little better each week here. He will never be Ingram but I dont think we have seen his best game yet.

Ingram took years to learn and excel in this offense.

Considering that the Saints are 4-1 without him, it does not seem that we're missing him as far as the results go.

He also had the PED issue and 4-game suspension to start the season last year.

I think the problem is more how Payton uses Kamara. It’s baffling how often Kamara is not on the field. I’m not even sure he is officially the starting rb. I feel like Murray was in the backfield on their first offensive play today.

Lol he plays 76% of the snaps, 4th most of all nfl RB

Well that’s even worse because it definitely doesn’t feel like he is on the field that much. The Panthers are way better at using McCaffrey than we are at using Kamara.

Yea in 8 weeks ask yourself how smart it is to play a 205lb RB 99% of the snaps

Damn, didn’t realize I would get downvoted for wanting to use Kamara better.

Lol wtf?

Kamara means way more to our offense than McCaffrey does to them

If by using him better you mean giving him the ball a bunch and asking him to be the whole offense then yeah I guess. SP is a master at getting Kamara open space opportunities.
