Calm down man, we're drafting Buga next season and Guice the year after.

I think he's trying to say that all of the RBs on our roster except for Ingram are 7th/UDFA or a FA we didn't draft and this is a bad thing for some reason.

We build through Free Agency where most teams build through the draft!

Hightower was solid last season. Ingram (before his injury) (who we did draft 1st round) has turned it around.

The rb we took in the last round looks to have potential as well. We shall see.

Ingram is a lock. Hightower was good as a replacement, but still nothing spectacular

Outside of that, everyone else didn't stand out to me why they deserve to be a staple on this team.

Spiller - injury concern, unknown
Cadet - purely a receiver, nothing more
Murphy - purely a return man, nothing more
Ballard - camp body/try out
Lasco - injury concern, but has decent vision when in space and a "complete" RB in college. unknown

Johnson - eh, he was okay one year and bad another
Opurum - potential FB
Houma - try out

so....two guys?

Of the top 10 leading rushers in the NFL last year, 6 were drafted in the 1st round, 1 in the 3rd round, 1 in the 4th round, 1 in the 6th round and 1 was an UDFA.

But I see where your post has no valid point at all.

And of those 10, only 3 made the playoffs.

RB isn't a priority in the draft, NOR SHOULD IT BE.

Defense and efficient QB play make great teams. Not running backs.

Of the 12 playoff teams last season, 9 were ranked in the top 10 of scoring defense. 11 were in the top 12. The only outlier was Washington, who won the worst division in the NFC.

On the other side of the ball 7 of the top 10 rated QBs (and 9 of the top 15) led their teams to the playoffs.

RBs, receivers, and even (to and extent) DB's are a dime a dozen. Get a good front 7; a good OL and a solid QB, and you can win big. The NFL revolves around the QB - protecting yours and getting to theirs.

Don't worry bro, we won't draft Fournette next year. He will be Buc and we will finish dead last in the NFC South.

The bucs would be in the mid late teens then

Which means they'd have no shot

What a dumb statement

I hope Ramsey Bolton finds you
