Never really done this for Saints games, is it similar to LSU?

Where to look?
How much can I expect to pay?

Better than getting tickets after the game starts.

Honestly, Ive had successful results using ticket exchange on Sunday morning on a few occasions.

That's a great question, and I really have no idea. I'd be very very careful buying tickets outside the Dome from those lowlifes. Then again, you might get lucky. Seems to me if it's 5 minutes before gametime and someone is trying to sell tix, you have the advantage. But I'd have a backup plan (like a bar you can go to to watch the game on TV.)

I have a friend that scored $35 per ticket, 3 hours before Cardinals game.
