or bat down the pass instead of trying to get the INT

Crawley played a ton but Harris only got 108 defensive snaps, which is less than 2 games worth. He is still very much green.

It's nice to know we have Crawley in case Lattimore, Breuax, Williams, and Moore all go down, but he shouldn't be starting if we can help it.

This 100%. Any fan who thinks he is bad is an idiot imo. He is the 2nd best CB on the roster (not counting Lattimore since we don't know yet).

Slow down there hoss. I agree that Crawley is a pretty good CB and has potential but he's in no way shape or form our #2.

PJ, Breaux, and Moore are all better than him. And I'd argue that Swann is to.

And now we've gone overboard. I like Crawley too

I thought this was interesting...

I don't agree with the 2nd best, but certainly wasn't bad.

Breaux is better than him. PJ has played one game. Moore is mediocre at best and has a low ceiling.

No one is talking about long term here. Your statement is that he IS currently the 2nd best CB on the team.

With that said, PJ is currently better than him. In 1.5 games it was clear that PJ could ball.

Moore is currently better than him. Proven by the fact that he walked into the locker room off the street and was immediately placed ahead of him on the depth chart.

If you'd like to revise your statement to say that Crawley will have the second best career or that he has the ceiling to be the. Second best on the team then maybe we could argue but to say he is the 2nd best on the team CURRENTLY is wrong.

ALL of our CBs suck. This board hyped them all up. The rookie may be the best of the bunch.

All that.

In no way is Crawley currently the second best corner on the team. He is at best the 5th best corner (assuming Lattimore reaches even close to his potential) and may even be behind or about even with Swann.

If all of them stay healthy for the rest of their careers I'd only see him passing up Moore and Swann. Breaux and PJ are clearly better now as well as being better athletes, and Lattimore is clearly a better athlete and likely will prove he's better than Crawley before preseason is over.

Clearly you didn't watch a healthy Breaux and PJ. Those dudes far from suck.

We were also supposed to have Lewis before he reaggravated his injury. That would have been a VERY good starting 3.

You have a short fricking memory, Breaux has done very well when healthy.

True, so many forget we lost our top 5 CB's for nearly all of 2016.

Obviously PJ needs to play more than 1 or 2 games this year, but his talent is obvious to those of us that watched him over the last 2 years.

And I'll predict Breaux will be a top 10 CB in 2017 (barring injury)

Toofy are we throwing out Delvin's 2016 when judging him?

And PJ Williams has played 82 career snaps

I am asking you if you throw out last season when evaluating him?

He was good in 2015, bad in 2016.

One could blame his injuries in 2016.

So I'm asking you, is Breaux 2015 or 2016, talent wise?

I would think he is fully recovered and he will play at a 2015 level and until I see otherwise I think he will. He was a very close to a shut down corner.

I hope this is the case, but we have been saying this since he was drafted.
