I'm not sure which game PFF was watching bc Peat did not play well.

I want this guy to be a decent player, but he's not there.

Go back and watch the game again and keep your eyes on Peat. He struggled. Again.

So are you saying that we still have some hope if we can hold out until some of our defense comes back from injury??

Peat has turned it on. Most of the pressure came against the guards or that one sack vs strief.

Three of the top five performing defenders are FA acquisitions.

I want to know if I should trust PFF player rankings or this guy on the internet who has eyes and watched the game himself.

He had a few absolutely mauling run blocks, including the TD.

Did he even give up a pressure?

He was great at LG in the first 2, struggled at LT against Atlanta, and played well yesterday

If he can just be avg in pass protection we will have a steal cause he can maul in the run game.

That cam Jordan tho. He's not an elite pass rusher, but for his production and cost its an absolute steal.

I'm not sure how PFF comes up with all their ratings. Check this out...

Gabbert (49ers) -- 16/23 196 yds 1 td 1 int qbr = 57.5

Prescott (cowboys) -- 23/32 245 yds. 2 td 0 int qbr = 84.7

PFF ratings for each...

Gabbert = 68.8
Prescott = 50.9
