Peterson shouldn’t take another snap in a Saints uniform

Why should he? He’s DONE. And he’s not a fit at all for this offense. Every time he’s in it takes a snap away from Kamara

The problem is RBs get hurt.

I didn’t say cut him. He just shouldn’t be on the field UNLESS he HAS to

I'd probably rather cut or trade him. He's not the type that will be okay playing 3rd string to an under achieving Heisman winner and a rookie RB. He'll end up being a cancer in the locker room.

We got him as a cheap backup. That is what he is.

Had to get in a shot at Ingram

Customer of mine played for Vikings for 2 years, I think one of them on practice squad. According to him AP was one of the most well liked guys on the team.

Is it not true?

He's playing better lately and I'm glad for that, but he's not the stud RB he was hyped to be coming out of Alabama.

He was also the feature back and made his HOF career there. Of course he was well liked.

Well possibly so, but from what I've been told he was liked by coaches and the players. He's just passionate during game time. I for one, if Ingram goes down, even though many here think he is the worst RB to ever put on a uniform (Ingram not Kamara), don't think Kamara could carry the load by himself. I'll take Kamara over AP as your main RB, but on goal line and short yardage would still prefer AP, especially against tough defenses.

Since the Payton death stare he hasn't done anything to show displeasure with his role. Let's not confuse the media asking why he's not playing with him being a distraction.

I agree. Ingram is the most under appreciated player on the team.

By the end of the season, Peterson will pay off. If the Saints hope to make the playoffs, you can bet there will likely be some injuries where Ingram, Kamara, etc will not play a game.
