Now the we have the cap space Jimmy G is the answer

Im ok with losing Waston, trade for Jimmy G. should cost less and we still upgrade from Wintson. Yes, its a smaller upgrade but its still an upgrade.

Dude is garbage. How is he an upgrade from Winston? The 49ers made a deep run because of Debo Samuels and their defense.

I don’t think he’s a great qb but he’s been to the SB and NFC title game in the last 3 years. If we’re touting the strength of our roster we’re either A: not nearly as good as SF or B: he should be able to get us past “NFL purgatory.”
