so you're going to deflect now that I post that he claims there was a 2nd 911 call?

Deflect? I never said there wasn't a second 911 call.

Are you retarded?

what exactly are you still questioning?

Why didn't the first call, that the attorney claimed happened, appear on the police call log?

Why didn't appear on the first cell phone? Why didn't his attorney confirm the information before making a public statement on it?

not to mention you have to be a total bumbling idiot to not piece together that there was contact based on the transgressions that happened afterward.

I think you're perfectly capable of using Google.

There you go being intentionally obtuse again.

I must have missed that in the video, but have always called for "physical evidence", which this would definitely be. Help me out and provide a link or something. Just not a link to the video.

Sid, go search Scott Walker of WDSU twitter page. He has the video on it.

There was contact, and you already knew there was. But this will confirm it for you.

It's the same video that someone just did a freeze frame on. That might have come into play if Hayes hadn't bulldozed Smith's Mercedes into the Impala. Now all the prosecutor has to say is Smith had leaves stuck in is grill.

he either didnt call, or they didnt include calls that weren't directly answered by dispatchers in the article.

They address that in the article....

who do you think has Hayes cell phone?

Which one? How did he get the first cell phone?

The question still stands BTW. He went public without confirming the information.

And, you don't need the actual phone to check the calls made....

I don't even know what this means.

Can you search a private citizen's phone records without a public records request? No, you would need a court warrant for that.

None of his ramblings even matter.

If you didn't call 911 or you almost called 911, don't tell your attorney that you called 911.

First, then don't go public and present it as fact.

Second, I'm not his ATTORNEY. I could 100% access it if given his permission to.

Seriously? Jesus. OK. Oj

Exactly

This Hayes guy is going down. He's guilty, and he's gonna do time.

That's a fact.

to submit a public records request, go to city hall.

I don't know that 911 call logs would be available with a public records request, and least not without half of the information being redacted.

The phone is likely in evidence, but Hayes' lawyer should be able to request logs from his provider by filing a request At Hayes' behest since he is his attorney.
