You think that is conclusive proof of impact?

Subsequent actions could be explained by many factors, not just collision.

They are public record to my knowledge.

Where was it said that Hayes called 911 after the shooting?

Now, ill ask again: where was it said that Hayes called 911 after the shooting

quote:

....although police have said previously that Hayes himself did call 911 at some point, and remained on the scene until authorities arrived.

quote:

Cardell Hayes' temporary attorney John Fuller, told ABC News: "Not only did my client call 911, but my client secured a witness who was about to leave the scene and my client waited for law enforcement to arrive."

I must have missed that in the video, but have always called for "physical evidence", which this would definitely be. Help me out and provide a link or something. Just not a link to the video.

So, I'll ask again, where does it say that Hayes called 911 after the shooting

Also, where did NOPD comment on the logs?

You can't be this obtuse

I don't think that's stated anywhere. In fact, this is Fuller's comment the day after the incident:

quote:

"There may have been an earlier accident, in which one of the parties sped off," Fuller said. "My client followed in an attempt to get the license information, and also made a 911 call to report such an accident, all of which should be apparent in upcoming weeks."

Sid, go search Scott Walker of WDSU twitter page. He has the video on it.

There was contact, and you already knew there was. But this will confirm it for you.

That was included in your original response?

Why hasn't his attorney check his "phones" yet?

They are public record.

You've repeatedly been intentionally idiotic on this issue.
