Would be nice to see defenses start to bite on Drew's play action again... Probably the most obvious fake handoff in the league

Because of the inconsistencies in the ground game, the single receiver shot play out of I formation was nonexistent.

...looking forward to seeing Joe Morgan again...he was a good run blocker in 2012, too.

First we have to see if we can sign him. He wasn't tendered.

I wasn't aware that his contract was up. I thought we had him for another season?

Love the idea of a more balanced or even slightly run favorite offense. With the wide open sets, Brees may have 2 or 3 years left to continue at the pace he has set for himself. Getting more balanced and relying on the run more we can get more productive years out of him. Love the moves being made to get younger and faster on defense. Have a fast physical defense and an offense that is still going to be pretty damn good equals great success in today's NFL.

Ingram/Robinson Pain Train coming to a stadium near you in 2014.
Would be surprising to say the least.

Sorry but I take what they say with a grain of salt. Sproles and Moore, are both on the back end of there careers, and weren't getting it done for what they were being paid. Jenkins was an okay safety, but not a game changer. DLP stepped in admirably at center, but he struggled constantly. The moves being made are happening to make us contenders every year. Doesn't mean Payton isn't planning on scoring 30 a game. He may do it with a little more balance, but that's about it.
