New Legion of Boom

Heard the same thing last year about how great our secondary would be. I think it's best to wait until they start playing games before I give an actual rating.

Most of them are still young, and you could argue Earl Thomas and Sherman are still very early in their prime. If anything, Maxwell was a bit overrated (as was Browner) but they suffered a huge loss when Lane went down with the injury. Simon will have a steep learning curve, and will be the weak point.

Kam Chancellor is a unique specimen, and the minute he loses any athleticism his career will quickly spiral down or he'll become an in the box only safety.

I'll be happy if they're just half way competent and middle of the league. I was very optimistic last year. We all saw where that got us. There's less reason to be optimistic this year because Byrd and Vaccaro have already disappointed. We'll see if they can rebound.

Boom as they're going to blow up on us. Better hope Kevin Williams can still pass rush or we will get destroyed again. I'm officially giving up on Hicks as far as consistency goes.

Can we just get through training camp without any injuries first?

2 and its way way to early to start with this crap. lol So far the Saints secondary is more Like the Legion of Gloom.

Honestly a big reason for many of the big plays last year was because of the hole at CB. White/Robinson lost at least 3-4 games that we pretty much had sealed up. on a busted play. Fix that hole and add Byrd back into the mox and i think we win 10-13 games this season with the improved O Line and Easy Schedule
