Sad to see Taylor go after just three games. Not sure who is out there that is better but I guess we'll see.

As for Graham, no big deal.

You know, what about Art Carmody. What was the knock on this kid. He went to Loyola in Shreveport and he won the Lou Groza award his junior year at Louisville

can't really disagre with the move. Melhalf handled KO duties pretty well but was shaky at best in the FG department.

Morten Andersen? obviously not to kickoff, doubt he can hit from 50 plus though.

Wasn't there a rumor a few weeks ago that Billy Cundiff was seen having a "tryout" on Airline drive?? Maybe they'll bring him back for another go ala 2006.

And I Wouldn't mind seeing Waylon Prather get another shot as the punter. Thought he was decent in preseason but what do I know, I thought Mehlhaff was decent too.

Okay, I am going to get slammed for this but why was Graham released with a 42 yd average?

Payton hadn't even seen him in person before London.

Apparently, he didn't like what he saw. I think the safety was a result of this.

It does give us a little insight into that crazy safety call. I do hope we are getting Tynes or Carney out of this. If not we know Mehlhaff will be there next week.

Maybe Wetherford was not allowed to travel outside of the U.S. so Payton cut him and will now resign him.

Art Carmody

He tried out for the NO Voodoo (before they folded) and the Saints sp teams coach was there watching him kick 50 yd FG's through the narrow post repeatedly.
He is the next kicker
