Lewis is done, sadly. He's not coming back from that - I'm impressed he even tried.

Can the Saints just get rid of this dude already? Hasn't done squat since signing with the Saints

Take Keenan Lewis off the team, and I guarantee the Eagles blow the Saints out in the playoffs

Yep, we almost lost that game because the trainers misdiagnosed him

And it is crazy how Harvin was allowed to finish the Saints-Hawks game when he actually had a concussion and anyone who watched the game knew it

some interesting changes in rule, don't even need to designate him

Good stuff. That's how it should have worked from jump.

This is the kind of shite that keeps me from having hope for this season. This shite always happens. First Kikaha and now Lewis.

I wasn't aware of the new IR rule. That's a great change.

It allows us to gauge a guy like Kikaha and see where he's at (pipedream) or someone with a much less serious injury can rehab and just be brought back.

Hopefully they will eventually allow 2 players to be brought back.

Even if he does come back, he won't be fully healthy.

I wish someone would abduct his strains from him.

I wish we would fire all our medical/rehab specialists and just hire Mr. Miyagi.

Keenan Lewis has an adductor issue in his hip. He recently saw a specialist. Not currently considered major, I'm told. (@SeanFazende first)

Probably should cut him anyway.

Not saying we should cut him but:

Last year's injury was downplayed as well and cost him much of the season. I am afraid Westbank will never be the same. He is 30 years old and dealing with what may be something chronic.

Agreed and I think it's headed towards two some point soon.

The 6 week rule keeps you from abusing it to stash players (though doesn't eliminate that especially with rookies).
