We did not tender/possibly did not offer him anything.

He broke his leg in a contract season for Sean in a game of no significance that threatens his entire career(earning potential)

I think as a UDFA playing on a minimum deal to begin with he earned all his pay and then some. Wish him luck.

I love it when people cuss and say God in the same statement.

Wish we would've kept Ivory.

Perhaps, I mean I can't really blame him. He was clearly the harder runner between him and Ingram and because of his draft status (I imagine), we rolled with Mark over Khiry. On top of that, he broke his leg for us and we offered him nothing this off-season, I'd be pretty pissed off too.

Not tendering him != offering him nothing. We were against the cap and tendering Khiry, a 3rd string RB, would have eaten up $1.3m of our cap.

He has a career 4.1ypc. Ingram, whom a lot of people here hate, has average 4.3ypc behind the same OL.

Sad to see him rag on the Saints when we were the first team to give him an opportunity in the NFL. Still, I'm a fan of his and wish him the best when he's not playing the Saints. And I can understand being bitter, but the smart move is to keep your mouth shut in this situation.

I completely agree that there was no way of keeping him but from a player's perspective, that's how he's seeing it.

He's saying he never felt wanted here. I have no problem with this. He's not talking bad about anyone, at least not so far as I can tell. Granted I'm down half a bottle of wine, so my thinking may not be clear

Read down a few tweets. Khiry crabwalks his comments saying he didn't mean anything. At least from what I can translate from his terrible grammar. He "ceased" the opportunity the Saints gave him.

Maybe he was still mad about not being able to get his phone fixed. Interns beware.

After the intern phone fight situation, personally I feel his credibility is zero. Liked the dude as a player but pretty embarrassing defending his actions.

To me, it could be about Sean Payton's management of the RB rotation. How many Saints RBs string together 2-3 strong games and then disappear for a month with an "injury?" Happened with Robinson (yes, I know a broken leg is legit, but that happened before the real injury). Happened with Chris Ivory. Happened with Reggie Bush. It's happening with Mark Ingram.

And it's amazing how these guys suddenly stay "healthy" the moment they leave the Saints.

Reggie Bush played in 31 of 32 games in Miami when he left the Saints.

Chris Ivory missed half his games in New Orleans. Then he misses 2 games in 3 years in New York.

I know some of their injuries are legit. Probably in most cases there is a real injury. But enough for you to be inactive for 6 weeks? I doubt it. How many times have you seen in preseason a guy limp off the field with what looks like nothing serious and then 2 days later he's on IR?

Watch Khiry Robinson appear in 14 games this year.

Whatever, at the end of the day he was our 4th RB.

He was not beating out Ingram, Spiller (Mostly for money), and probably Hightower after that injury.

We swap out guys at that spot every other year. Vick Ballard will be the next guy to step up.
