He's more of a "bust" than half those guys because half of them are late rounds picks who did what most late round picks do. Rufus Johnson or Sunseri sucking is no surprise. You actually expect a playmaker at pick #15.

I don't blame Brees, I blame Payton. He's screwed this roster up with terrible drafts and big money contracts on vets that are washed up. The fact that Bill Johnson has been the defensive line coach for all of the defensive coordinators under Sean Payton speaks volumes also. Especially since his lines can't rush the passer or stop the run.

You do realize that he's had only 1 unit finish in the top 10 in his career. He sucks as a DC and I'm glad he's gone. Should have been canned in the off-season. If the players don't step up...maybe they should be benched for younger, hungrier personnel. Cut at the end of the season.
