I been living in Houstom for 3 years. Since I been here, I've already noticed that the fans here are not as loyal to the Texans as we are to our Saints. Its almost impossible to walk the streets of downtown, uptown, and the westbank and find someone going for another team. Not the deal in Houston. Theres Patriots fans here, Titans fans, Chiiefs fans, etc.

So this weekend, my cousion offered me a ticket to go to the Colts/Texans game at NRG with him. Of course Im going. He's a cop out here. But going to the game, would you wear Texans appareal or just go in plain clothes? I support the Texans since Im here, but clearly NOT a fan. Also Im starting Amdrew Luck in my fantasy league against the Texans because it will up the ante in the game for me. When he scores, I'll be the only one in the house cheering. Lol

So back to the question.... wear Texans appearal, plain clothes, or go all out and wear Saints appearal?

If you were a real Saints fan, you'd know the answer to your own question

I think people who wear a neutral teams stuff to a game always look dumb. you just look lost and confused. i would just wear normal clothes.

Several years ago I attended a Florida State vs Maryland game while visiting a friend.

I repped my Purple and Gold all day

I understand that, but its not a SEC game. If it was a SEC game and u had the purple and gold on, u would have an arguement... so...

I never understood the "I support the (insert current city you live in) but I'm a fan on my hometown team."

I'm a Saints fan living in Houston. Know how many shits I give about the Texans? Zero.

Never support them or rep their gear.

Wearing a jersey of team that isnt on the field is the corniest shite to me. Just wear something neutral, the mexicans in attendance won't care.

Also the reason you see so many fans of other teams around is because people move there from all over the country to work, Houston has a diverse economy. NOLA not so much

If you're an LSU fan as your avatar indicates, you might consider just rocking an LSU polo. That's what I do whenever I'm a neutral fan at pro sporting events, several of which have been Texans games.

If not that, then just a plain shirt in the primary color of the home team. I wouldn't buy Texans gear just for this game.

As long as you don't wear LSU to a Saints game.

I'm die hard LSU, but it never fails. Every game I see one or two fans decked out in LSU gear. It annoys the frick out of me for some reason.

Doesn't bother me when others do it but I've never done that.

I typically go in plain clothes for games whether I'm a fan of the team or not. Plain clothes in your case shouldn't be a big deal at all.

That's different. Wearing a Saints jersey to an Atlanta game cause "frick the Falcons" is perfectly acceptable. It's also allowed in Dallas for this same reason. Well, "frick the Cowboys", that is.
