Do we win?
I say yes! A 14 point swing there on 2 manageable plays.

Problem is that with this defense, everything has to go just perfectly for this team to win. If we get into a back and forth score fest, with us bringing up the rear, it's not going to go well.
Last night, first score, 3 and out and getting the ball back. Was the perfect opportunity to NOT be chasing the scoreboard. Once the fumble happened and they tied it, it was pretty much over. As good as our offense is, they won't score on every drive, and that's pretty much what has to happen to get the win.
I'd like to think that the Giants game was more than an anomaly and they have that kind of effort in them, but I'm leaning towards not. How many missed int opportunities have just killed us the last couple of weeks?

With the Defense we have to win you have to virtually play perfect which is nearly impossible to do.

That wasn't a fricking horse collar.

The punt return turnover killed everything we had going...momentum, attack and crowd. It was over and everyone knew it.

The saddest part is brees and the offense has to play absolutely perfect for us to win.

If this if that. That is all it will be every week with this team. We will never talk about a win. It has been if this and if that for 4 years now

Greg McMahon's STs unit keeps putting points up from the other team and nary a peep from sean. Ridiculous this guy still has a fricking job, he's been terrible pretty much his entire tenure here.

Luck is a by-product of preparation. Teams like the Patriots that are well-coached, disciplined, and mentally tough don't make those mistakes and say "what if." They cause the mental midgets on the other side of the field to be "unlucky."

I say no .. Sure, the fumble hurt momentum, but it was only the first quarter, the defense allowed 4 straight touchdown drives and perfect 100% red zone TD percentage. Each time Nola hit, Falcons responded.

I'm not saying the GM is the bomb or anything but you can't place the blame on him for such a bonehead play by Harris. Hitting the returner is bad enough but would have been alright if he didn't try to pick it up after. That was just a poor decision by a young player.
It's just an Aints thing

Do we win?
At the end the Falcons were on the 2 yd line, so...
If not for punt/pick 6 and two Crawley plays Saints are undefeated!!!

Can we hang an "On Paper Super Bowl Champions" banner next year?
