If he's drafted and not signed he goes back into draft next yr and team that drafted him can not draft him again

If CSP were to call him and just ask if he would sign with the home town team and he says yes then you draft him.

If I was CSP I would tell him if exonerated of everything then they take care of him $$$$

NFL teams don't give a frick if he's exonerated. No team is voluntarily going to pay him round 1 money just because of his situation.

Obviously there would have to be a conversation with his agent and an assurance he would sign. Kind of a no brainer if things are worked out.
