Michael Thomas is very underrated and will be another threat in the red zone along with Fleener

Oh, and Rankins is a beast

Same here.
All the top DE's were gone which left WR, G and safety to me.
They got a good player with good genes.
Nothing flashy just solid solid picks.
Expect S.G and CB next.

I vehemently disagree. We can plug in receivers and be just fine in the passing game. we can't fix our defense the same way. draft defense

Colston almost undrafted- set damned near every saints receiving record
snead- number 2 receiver last year, where was he drafted again?
Watson- best statistical season of his 12 year career was last year

we were the number 1 passing offense in the league last year and our 5th leading receiver was just let go. how exactly does that scream WR need?

Colston was ages ago

Snead is destined to be a number 3 WR

Watson was no scrub

That #1 rating was deceiving

So you don't remember 2013 when our receivers couldn't get any separation?

Drew is gonna love this guy. Catches most balls with his hands, can win the jump ball, and has pretty good Y.A.C. ability. Will need to display a more versatile route tree, but over all I think this is an Excellent pick.

I remember when our defense was the worst in NFL history in 2013. Then we followed that up in 2014 by drafting a WR in the first round. That helped us vault up to number 31 in total defense I guess.

Drew Brees had the second most passing yards in 2013, man, WR's not getting open killed the offense

Snake bit. We miss A'Shawn by one dam pick. Then we pass on another monster in Jarren Reed. Unbelievable.

We have been weak in the front 7 for so long now and could have solidified the front 7 for years to come. Yet we pass for a WR that could be picked up similar anywhere in the draft. They are comparing Jarren Reed to Brockers and A'Shawn is probably even better. There is a reason teams like Seattle are at the top with great defenses and the Saints will continue to suck on D.

we are. last year and again this year. look at FA signings on D also. we are counting bigtime on NF obviouly.

BS. that myth was debunked last year. we had no continuity or chemistry at times.

Have you followed this offseason at all? They made several moves to address our front 7. Our LB should be the best we've had in several years. If Rankins pans out, our DLine will be much much better as well.

We are very thin at WR. We have Cooks and Snead. Snead is, talent wise, a good #3 receiver. We needed more talent at WR after Colston leaving.
