This is purposely disengenuous. You are trying to twist definitions in order to win an argument of semantics by pretending that you were implying something different than what you were actually implying.

It is absolutely explicit that in the public bounties means paid for injuries. If you don't think that happened then you don't think bounties happened.

You're just trolling anyway, but whatever.
