I was a (young) fan in the bags era (though I did not ever wear one) and Jesus Christ, people -- the team was 0–12 before anybody started pulling the bags out. That's ZERO wins (we have one already) and FOUR times as many losses IN A ROW. Lions fans aren't even talking bags, although they are saying some pretty choice things about their team right now.
All this thread needs is the Mora "playoffs" speech from Youtube and a picture of the Tom Dempsey kick to be the biggest dumbest fricking Saints cliche ever. Good thing I am going through gate B, because I am not gonna threaten to beat your azz thru the keyboard here because that's stupid...but if I see your azz in line you can bet I am gonna yell some choice shite at you and your stupid friends, to make you look like the complete azz you are. And if I see a decocarated bag on your dumb head in front of me on the escalators, I am reaching for my lighter.

This is just about the only thing that can make this team more embarrassing than it already is, we just throw in a little bit of fans making fools of themselves at the expense of sending a "message"
If they give me 2-3 consecutive years of real garbage performances, then maybe it would be bag time, but dang dude we're not the saints of the early 80s. We're a bad team being badly coached, but we're not 80s bad dude.

I guess when we go 1-15 or 2-14 you will begin to see that this decline did not just start this year. Hell, look at last year. You know what else - look at Atlanta. They sucked last year. Got a new coach. Look at them now....
