Let's not do Roman Haroer 2.0 cough cough I mean Collins. I'd be cool with the rest though. Put in B. McKinney from Mississippi State as well.

Why would we need ANOTHER safety? We gonna try to field 11?

I love that pick more than Thompson to be completely honest. Last year's Dallas line was pretty good, but the addition of the 16th pick (Zack Martin) turned them into the best OL in the league.

Before him: Greg Robinson, Jake Matthews and Taylor Lewan. All projected tackles

Pretty sure he was referring to La'el and not Landon

Trade down and acquire more picks. rinse and repeat until we purge the roster of it's complacent cancer. Trade Jimmy Graham for multiple picks and players including at least one defensive starter. Draft Melvin Gordon if possible. Build dome patrol 2.0. Trade for Jake Locker. My 2 cents.

Pretty sure he was referring to Landon. (bama SS with questionable cover skills = Roman Harper)

Shaq Thomas kind of reminds me of Thomas Davis who was a FS in college. He was 6'1" 230 lbs coming into the draft.

I guess it's really telling about this team that we have a top 15 pick and can legitimately upgrade a number of positions with our first pick of the draft.

I like the projected pick but i think the saints need to look for a center. Does anyone have any info on some of college highest rated centers? After selecting a center i think the saints should focus on CB and select several players at this position, offensive guards and tackles can be found in the later rounds.

U obviously haven't paid much attention to our history drafting cornerbacks.

This needs to happen!! He will be the best to fit right in at Guard for us in the draft.

Do we believe this kid can come in and be as good as Grubbs or Evans that quickly?

Or, can he play some center and give us an immediate upgrade there?

That isn't saying much based on last year.

He can come in, actually free some cap space, and allow us to pay a FA for depth.

I think we have our C of the future, but the lack of PT this year when he clearly was the better C disturbed me

I'd absolutely love it, since he wouldn't be needed at tackle right away he'd be the type of mauler that Jahri/Nicks were at G back in their prime.

I'd take a shot at Scherff (but I would not draft the depute)

Maybe the scouts got lazy last year.
Last year, our picks after Brandin Cooks really sucked.

Sunseri was an excellent special teams player (and showed some flashes on defense in the preseason). I don't have too much of a problem with his pick.
