Who would you replace?

I know either Cadet or Lasco, not both, will make the roster but have no idea who we'll go with yet.

I posted this deep in another thread but didn't get any answers. I didn't watch the game, but I see everyone talking about how bad Grayson was and how good Nassib was.
11-16 - 126 yards - 7.9 yds avg.
10-14 - 110 yards - 7.9 yds avg.

I understand stars don't say everything, but it looks very similar. What was the difference?...

Would we even have 3 quarterbacks on the roster? I too think its Grayson's time to go. I didn't catch most the game but from what I did watch he got sacked a ton and did not protect the football.

Lasco over Cadet

We need someone better than Barnes/Harris or just keep another backup G like Fullington and have Kelemete backup LT. He did pretty good last year.

McDaniel better get healthy quick or he's not making it on the DL. Lowen may beat him out.

You also forgot Kikaha. He'll make it over Muhammad.

Mauti is definitely on the bubble. Anthony is still not out of the woods yet either.

Replace Swann with Harris or maybe Maulet if he gets healthy quick.

So from your list, I'll say cut:

Cadet
Barnes
McDaniel
Mauti
Swann
Muhammad or maybe he makes it and the IR Hendrickson

Did Bighill do anything?

Still think Corey Fuller has a chance if he can get healthy but Lewis clearly has the upper hand now.

Panic in the pocket, didn't protect the ball, underthrough even the completions eliminating yards after catch....just terrible

No interception but doesn't show if he had a fumble or not.

Yea when he got a little pressure on him or had to step up in the pocket he couldn't hit the side of a barn. Looked nothing like a NFL QB watching Brees and going into his 3rd year.

Just a note: Armstead is on PUP. No need to IR him. Similar rules but he can come back 2(?) games earlier iirc (but doesn't have to if he isn't ready).

I don't think we need to IR him until week 11 or something, but he should be back by then.

And based on last night Cadet has been replaced by several better players: Kamara (better runner and receiver and maybe returns), TLL (better underneath receiver and push on returns), Ginn (returns), and Lasco (better runner and special teamer) are all better than him at what he does.

That's a pretty good roster. The only thing is that Lampman looked pretty good last night. If he and Tommy Lee keep playing well, and Ginn continues to drop passes.....he may be out of the job.

I agree with this I just put Cadet because hes ones of those players that's like Herpes and just keeps coming back even though he sucks. Like Tim Lelito was until this off season.

nevermind I didn't even put him on there.

There was a gigantic difference in how absolutely lost Grayson looks when he has to find a receiver to throw to, and how he has absolutely zero pocket presence.

Was cut. Brought back Justin Drescher.

Bighill

PSquad guy. I would replace him with Mitchell Loewen. This guy will be in the rotation, imo.

Moore

Harris will make it over him.

I also think there needs to be a spot for a backup Center...even though he's had his problems, LeReibus will probably make it.

Like your PSquad...I don't know if Swann is eligible. If he is, he is a good candidate.

Yes he fumbled and that fumble resulted in a TD for the Browns. I have seen enough of Mr. Grayson. He plays scared and with zero confidence.

Yeah the Cadet note was completely separate from anyone in particular. Just a personal observation.

Lasco makes it over Cadet if he can just stay healthy. Lasco would be a fine ST contributor.

That's my list too. I'll add Maulet if any CB gets injured and assuming he isn't.

I'd also like to see Nassib get some reps with the first team because I think he could outplay Chase for QB2. I liked what I saw of him.
