Sign Bush for a discounted rate or let him go. Ok, he missed half the year but he didn't do a fricking thing even when he was healthy.

He averaged over 5 yards per touch. He can't control his injury and he doesn't control play calling, nor his salary. You expect him to give money back because he got hurt? GTFO. He earned his paycheck by being the best player in college football. Now his new contract will be based on his performances in the NFL. That's how it works. Get over it.

His new contract is based on what the frick a team wants to pay him and what the frick reggie wants to sign for.

That's what the frick up.

...You do realize that if you incorporate receiving totals, that's not impressive at all, right? I'm not saying he "has to give his money back" or anything stupid like that, but there's no doubt that he didn't "earn" what he was paid this season.

The average season ticket holder beats that easily.

First off that's not ownage.

He catches a lot of balls behind the line of scrimmage. He doesn't run a lot of routes. He's usually a check down options in the flats or right past the line of scrimmage.

I still never said that I think he "earned" his pay based on on-field performance. I'm saying that he gets what he gets and bitching about it will do nothing. He did his job that Sean P assigned to him.

It's not Reggie's fault that he got less than 9 touches per game that he played this year. Sean P is obviously okay with Reggies amount of touches.

Good thing he isn't the one who writes the checks.
