Draft a TE?

Watson had a great year but is a free agent and age 35. Hooman is a free agent too. Josh Hill is a RFA. Many were looking for a breakout year for him. The extreme lack of targets makes ya question whether the staff has real faith in him or if he is viable going forward.
Drafting a TE certainly looks reasonable. It is a very weak year for TEs however. In my early looks I don't think any could rate as high as the Saints #47. So we're talking 3rd Rd or later.
Looking at these guys. Anyone have more insight or watched any more extensively?
Hunter Henry, Arkansas, 6-6 255
Henry excelled as a junior in 2015 (13 starts), finishing second on the team with 51 catches for 739 yards and three touchdowns. Henry earned first-team All-SEC honors and was named the 2015 John Mackey Award winner (nation's top tight end). He decided to skip his senior season and enter the 2016 NFL Draft.
Austin Hooper, Stanford, 6-4 249
Hooper played well in 2015 as a dangerous receiver for Stanford. He had 34 receptions for 438 yards and six touchdowns on the year, but played better than the numbers illustrate. Hooper was a real receiving threat for Stanford and has some potential as a blocker. He uses his size well and has quickness down the seam. Hooper could be a receiving mismatch weapon in the NFL.
others-
Jerell Adams, TE, South Carolina
Adams took over for Rory Anderson in 2015 and had a good season despite poor quarterback play at South Carolina. Adams totaled 28 catches for 421 yards with three touchdowns on the year. As a junior (21-279-1) and sophomore (13-187-2), he had modest contributions. Adams had a solid week at the Senior Bowl, and given the weak tight end class, he could be drafted earlier than expected.
Jake McGee, TE, Florida
McGee and a freshman tight end were unsung heroes for Florida in 2015. McGee made some clutch catches while also blocking well for the Gators. In 2015, he had 41 receptions for 381 yards and four touchdowns. McGee had to pull out of the Senior Bowl early because of an injury. He has some receiving skills while also being a quality blocker.

Henry will be probably be gone by our 3rd pick if I had to guess, but even that is pretty rich for such a defensively talent void team. I do think we need a couple TE's though whether mid rounds or FA

Which one is Jimmy Graham that can block and has a better attitude?
Let's draft that one.

I like Hooper but how low can he go?

It would be hard to ignore the value if Hunter Henry somehow fell to us in the 2nd...
especially if we already took a DT (A'Shawn) in the 1st, so we aren't looking at Kenny Clark, Austin Johnson, Vernon Butler... and Cody Whitehair at OG is gone...
then...MAYBE... but it's just too much of luxury for us, when we get the production out of just about anyone we put there.
More likely: 1st. Jaylon Smith, 2nd. DT (Clark, Johnson, Butler), 3rd. OG(Landon Turner, Josh Garnett)
4th. MAYBE if Nick Vannett falls? still a luxury.... i'd prefer another DT (Maliek Collins/Javon Hargrave) or OG (Denver Kirkland)
More than likely, we resign Ben Watson, add a FA as well... then draft one with some upside like: 5th. Bryce Williams or 6th. Jake McGee, Beau Sandland
