Drew's arm isn't what it once was. He's still good for a few more years but this team is not making the playoffs and should get a top 12 or so pick. Find your future.

I don't get the Brees hate... There's like 8 teams that wouldn't trade their starter right now today for Drew straight up, and 3 of those teams would think reeeeal hard about it.

It must be mostly guys who weren't here for the really awful years. Trust me, in five years when we are desperately hoping some mid second round guy that we reached to draft in the first can be the guy, you're going to look back on this season as a high point.

For one thing Brees still has at least 3 quality years left, maybe more if we will get him a reciever that can stretch the field and catch the dam ball. Need to work on the O line also , he is getting less and less protection, its going to bite us in the arse big time. Also I dont see a top QB this year

Don't hate Brees but he can't play for ever. I think he's got 3 good years left Max. Time to start looking for a future QB and avoiding the 2nd qb hoping he will be good thing.

I agree with most of that except: 1) Drew does not have a few years left (not as elite QB) and 2) the Saints will do well enough to screw themselves out of a top draft pick.

Like Tebow before him and eventually Johnny Football, he will be an excellent college QB that does not translate into the NFL.

Tebow should be playing in the NFL in my book. Johnny will last through his contract.

Was is the downside of Dak? Name a better QB in college football right now. Winston? lol

The Pats drafted a QB in the 2nd round and they have Lord Brady. Looks like a wise move considering how shitty Brady has played recently.

Drafting a QB next time around would be a good move IMO.

Maybe that kid at Washington State? Hasn't he thrown for about 6,000 yards already? I never seen him play so it could be just playing horrible defenses.

LINK

Here is a link of the current starting QB's in the NFL. I'd take Dak over the majority of them, even some veterns(Romo,Flacco,Cutler,Dalton,Fitzpatrick, Smith, Whitehurst)

Some of those QBs have a better QBR than Brees.
