Dinner with Steve Gleason

I am one of the New Orleans Saints superfans. Since 2005 Steve Gleason has been one of my heroes and on June 12th 2015 I had the once in a lifetime experience of having dinner with him and his family in his home. I wanted to do something special for him. So I thought I would make him his own CyborgSaint mask with a little TeamGleason twist. This mask was hand made in Thailand by Onimarushop and it is one of a kind. This is the moment I will cherish for a long time. This is the moment of him seeing the mask for the first time. We spent hours at his house getting to speak with him and learn about the technology that helps him with everyday life. He made it clear how important it is to him that others have access to the knowledge and technology that he has. It was an amazing night that I will never forget and i am glad I am able to share a little piece of it with the Internet. Who dat! And No White Flags

Your whole motivation behind this was to film it and pimp it all over the internet to build your status up "super fan". If it was truly meant as a kind gesture to lift his spirits, you would have let this be just a private moment between you two and not stuck the camera in his face.

Really? He actually has a point. While the act depicted in this video may be genuine, the intentions behind recording and posting it are completely self serving. It comes off as a self proclaimed "Super Fan" using Gleason to promote himself. After seeing this guy 1. call himself a "Super Fan", 2. Post this pat-on-the-back video on the forum and 3. create a terrible rap video in which he wants a "Darren Coctail", it is impossible to not see this as some garbage arse move to use Gleason for his own gains.
