Michael Thomas - 92 catches, 1,137 yds, 9 TDs

Dez Bryant - 50 catches, 796 yds, 8 TDs

Logic

Also not to mention:

Cooks - 78 catches 1173 yds 8 TDs

This is equivalent to the Fitzgerald over colston that one year.

These things are all about marketing and popularity contest. It just doesn't matter

Sadly all about politics. Instead of the better player getting in, they pick the most popular player.

Dez Bryant is the better player and it isn't even that close.

He had a rookie throwing the ball to him in a run-first offense.

and Brees is better than Prescott. Brees is also better than Ryan. That's not how this shite should work. It's who had the best season.

Thomas and Cooks both had better seasons, and it really isn't even close. Thomas missed a game, if not he likely hits 100 catches and 1200+ yards. You can make zero argument for Bryant ahead of them outside of popularity. Yes he is a better WR, but he had a weak season in comparison, therefore he is underserving.

By that logic I guess Dak was better than Drew Brees this year.

Edit: I have fat slow fingers.

I agree that Drew Brees is better than Dak Prescott, and that one definitely isn't even close.

That doesn't change the fact that Dez Bryant is better than Michael Thomas.

ETA: In the end, the Pro Bowl is a popularity contest and Dez Bryant's play speaks for itself. Nuke Hopkins also had a "down" year due to bad quarterback play but he's still a top notch receiver.

Its not about who the better player is.

It's about who had the better season.

Dak did have a better yr than Drew this yr. How many games did Drew cost us this yr on the road? Dak is the same player home or away. Unlike our Messiah

Dak also had the NFL's best OL, best RB, and a much better defense. He was rarely asked to carry his team. Thus he was rarely in position to cost his team a game.

He's an inconsistent me-first prima donna.
