Cowboys fans response to last nights game

Why is it that all the Cowboys fans can say when you try and talk to them about last nights game is "Yeah, but we got 5 rings and ya'll only have 1." Wasn't their last SB win over 20 years ago? If people are gonna bring up the past that way then why don't Browns fans talk about the 8 league championships they won prior to the SB creation? Or Lions fans bring up the 4 pre SB championships they won? It wasn't either teams fault that the SB wasn't created yet. So you really can't discredit any of the championships.

Most of the Cowboys fans I talk to or read on the interwebz think that they suck and don't bring up the past unless a Saints fan just keeps rubbing it in like a douche.

My good friend is a Cowboys fan. Last year he was like "Hey, I heard we might get your coach." After I explained to him that Payton would never leave Brees for Romo, and wouldn't let some dummy wanna be GM breathing down his next, he just said "I don't know man."
No matter what year it is, or who's their QB or coach, something inside will always tell them that their team is championship caliber. You can't even begin to understand it. They live in a different world.

Saw one dude leaving the dome. He had taken off his cowboys jersey and had it slung over his shoulder. Made a big production of doing it. It was funny.

They have some really good talent. It's the leadership, desire, etc. (starting with Jerry Jones) that they lack.
