His attorney has been such a bitch the whole way.. he's been trying to get things removed on base of possible bias left and right.
so wack. he seems desperate.
kind of his job.
if it were you, you would want him doing the same on your behalf....
I also get that the timing is probably just about the worst for CH, but also that it shouldnt be moved. What do you think the odds are that 9 days prior on opening day theres some sort of emotional moment for smith? Whether the players doing some tribute or just talk about it during the gamecast. Its a big variable that could go bad for his client.

Every person in their right mind knows this is the right move. I dont know everything about this case but I do know that there will be far too much bias against this guy if trial is during the season. Especially being in a state of really ignorant, impulsive and fair weather people. Give the man a fair chance. Replace Cardell with a cop in that situation and I'm pretty sure the talk would be "Smith shouldn't have put himself in that situation. It's time to move on." Everybody in this situation deserves a fair chance.

The receipt doesn't show you who had what to drink. The video potentially could. This is probably lost on you however
But we already know he was drunk.
I mean it's sloppy I guess, but not sure what it could or would show

There are 9 shots of patron and 5 shots of Ciroc on the receipt. Along with 7 total glasses of red wine and 2 Ciroc drinks
If Smith's camp is going to try and attempt to discredit the BAC test, I'm sure the defense would want to see who consumed what from the above to hammer home how intoxicated one would be
That's a lot of booze and that's only one stop

I mean it is a BAC test. Seems like it would be pretty hard to contest.
And it's being prosecuted, so there isn't really a Smith's camp here.
He was drunk

I wouldn't doubt if the Sake manager alerted them that the cameras delete after a few days. Could have been in good faith or not.
But we do know he initially downplayed the amount the group had to drink. Which we know now is pretty substantial amount of booze.

Not really when u factor amount of people

Party of 11...2 hour period of time...25 drinks or shots...roughly 1.2 drinks or shots per person per hour? Were the other people in the party of 11 even identified? They can testify if need be what each of them had to drink while at the bar. But all is irrelevant...Smith is not on trial
Posted on 6/29/16 at 6:13 pm to Chad504boy
He still down played the amount they drank. There are 14 shots on the tab among other things. They were trying to get fricked up but he totally down played it

And fuller hasn't up or down played anything either
Posted on 6/29/16 at 6:53 pm to Lester Earl
I'm not saying they were not intoxicated, but there is nothing in that receipt that says they were "trying to get fricked up". You are looking at roughly two glasses of wine and one shot per person. That's pretty standard date night shite right there.
Still not sure how this helps Hayes though.

You must not go out on the town very much. That does not look like much more, per person, than any other table in that restaurant would have had. 2.5 drinks per person over 2 hours mixed in with food consumption. Taken by itself, it sounds like a fun night, but nothing outrageous.
Do you have some more info that you can use to attack Will Smith with or the manager of the restaurant. Your contrarian stance on this is ridiculous.

The problem is..... you will have 12 jurors from the city of nawlins making decisions and supposedly possess/ present rational judicious thought.
Who the hell knows what type of Einstein's will be sitting on that jury !!!!

This is a bit naive, yes?
You're assuming everyone at the table is having a round, which is something the camera could've possibly showed.
The 3 cabs and 4 Merlot are from the same vineyard. If all these people are drinking the same wine, why aren't they ordering a bottle? Or maybe it's 1 or 2 people drinking?
9 shots of patron, 5 cirocs... Straight Tequila and vodka shots.. Standard date night shite Again, is this one round of 9 shots for the table... Or 3 people doing 3 rounds. They know Smith was drunk, but from the defense side, I'm sure they were gonna use how much and what smith was drinking to paint him in a darker light (whether you think it's right or wrong and despite already knowing his BAC)

Again, you're assuming it's per person. Something the video would've proved.
This "night on the town" started at FQF, to the strip club, to Ruth's, to Sake

Well it certainly wasn't going to hurt him. His case looks grim as of now, I'm sure Fuller wants to exhaust all avenues in search of anything at all that he can use

receipt. Along with 7 total glasses of red wine and 2 Ciroc drinks
22 total glasses if you include the 3 bottles of Cab they had. Between 11 people that's allot of liquor, doesn't include free drinks for the party and those who may not have drank
ETA actually 19. 5 per bottle plus the 4 Malbecs.

It's called being an attorney. He has a legal responsibility to do everything he can to improve his clients situation and create a certain public perception of the case. He wants to write a narrative that works best for his client.
