not a whoops in that someone accidentally wrote over it... that's the way the system is designed

just look at the receipt... which I'm sure anyone involved in the case can... that'll tell you just as much as the tape would

The receipt doesn't show you who had what to drink. The video potentially could. This is probably lost on you however.
