on this very board, they also had people stating as facts that all parties in vehicles were very intoxicated with no factual evidence of such conclusions.

I've read up on doing BAL testing on corpses and it clearly states that the results could be different than if, let's say, the person was alive. I never said it was bullshite. I said the outcome might be higher than normal.
