He's being examined by top men

I figured they were two separate injuries.

The Bills fan that posted in another thread pretty much told us this would happen. Regular season in sight and miraculously his knee feels better than it has all off-season.

But that's lies as he participated in almost all of the OTAs.
And it was the same injury. The knee flared back up. I wouldn't be surprised if he underwent surgery after it wasn't responding at the beginning of training camp. That's a much better explanation then all the bullshite people are pulling out of their asses (and would explain why he hasn't been out at practice and the games despite actually being at the facility/dome).
Edit:
Plus he said it would feel better after he got more money, not when the season starts. So...
Edit2:
Digging even more, Spiller had surgery on Aug 14 and was projected to be back by week one (about 2-3 week recovery). Byrd was projected to be back by the end of preseason and went missing about a week before Spiller had surgery. So if he also had the same surgery as Spiller that would give him a 2-3 week recovery window which lines up perfectly with the timeline.
So him recovering rapidly makes sense as that's the long estimate for recovery after the surgery.
Makes a lot more sense than all this completely bullshite stuff that's floating around. And we wouldn't have known about Spiller's surgery had that pic not floated around. We know how much Payton hates giving out injury info.

That isn't what he said actually, and the only time he ever missed training camp or really any significant amount of games was when he was tagged

I predict I hit the lottery soon. Any day now.

Am I the only one who thinks this guy will be a 3rd year cut. This guy has Albert Haynesworth written all over him. Hope I'm wrong but I keep getting that feeling. Gets paid and just doesn't care anymore

I'm super glad I bought his jersey as soon as the news broke of his signing last year.

I realize it's been frustrating that he hasn't been able to play or practice and we haven't heard much news about the situation but I swear it's like some of you guys are mad that he might be back soon.

I think anyone who purchased a Jairus Byrd jersey should get a refund.

@SaintsCSC @G_Higg @dexwitdadreads @LarryHolder yes I was told he was rapidly improving. Should see him soon
I'll allow it.

I guess that would be best case scenario, but it's still odd to me, if this were the case, that he didn't observe any practice, or participate in walk throughs.
