Yes, I'm sure the Broncos would absolutely love to trade for a 37 year old QB that is gonna eat up a third of their cap.

We need a quarterback capable of running bootlegs on play-action. I can't see John Elway making a play for Drew Brees. Also, his contract doesn't make it appealing in the least.

When we had an o line, Brees demolished teams on play action bootlegs. 2009 was a play action year basically.

i would hate for Brees to go, but i would also hate form him to have 0 chances at a Superbowl while we pay 24% of our salary cap to dead money.
