Yeah I read more in to it and it sounds like they did some individual drills and stuff but didn't participate in the team portion, which is what the injury report is based on.
So if they are that far along they could possibly play this week.

i wonder if they will be active and maybe just put on a snap count/game flow basis.

*2010 was when he had the MCL sprain. He was healthy in 2011, his best season ever.

In Brees' book he said that his ex-teammate Doug Flutie gave him the advice of "never let your backup see the field". Hope he doesn't force it if he's really not ready to go.
