If they want to save their season, all of them better be in practice this week and ready to roll on Sunday.

That's literally insane! Only 2 weeks missed from what was supposidly 6 or so? Wow. He needs to give Brees some tips about recovery

I really can't stand Jay Cutler, but I will never accuse him of not being tough.

I felt bad for him during his last game against LSU. He got knocked the frick out over and over again.

I believe it was 4-6 weeks from when he was injured, so this is week 3

Uhh Brees was "expected" to miss some games and is already practicing.

I love the hell out of Jay Cutler and immensely enjoyed that brief span of time early 2013 or early 2014 where he was actually popular on the MSB.

A is probably related to B. Just saying, he just looks to be a few aces short of a full deck.

Lewis is one committed mother fricker.

Almost plays through anything.

do these reports basically prove how worthless/false injury reports can be.
Nola.com and the media report that Byrd and Lewis participated, yet heres the official report:

quote:

Did Not Participate
S Jairus Byrd (Knee)
WR Brandin Cooks (Ankle)
G Jahri Evans (Knee)
DB Keenan Lewis (Hip)

Limited
QB Drew Brees (Shoulder)
LB Dannell Ellerbe (Toe)

Also, Drew did not throw a single ball but is listed as "imited"

Being at practice is not the same as participating. Did they say they participated? (real question)

Also being out on the field stretching is a good sign that they are getting closer. So Byrd and Lewis may be one more week out unless their injuries don't react well. Friday's report will be the telling one though.
