All these guys were possession WRs at that point in their career. just like Cooks is. Some guys improve their YPC, others don't. Until Cooks does he's a possession WR.

Combine says he was, the numbers on the field say he wasn't, it wouldn't be the first or even the 500th player whose on field production don't match what his combine #s would suggest.
