My opinion is that NFL organizations dgaf about drafting any player because he went to college in state.

It's the fricking National Football League. It is ratings gold. Every single player on the roster could be from the Northeast and the dome would still be sold out, millions of dollars of merchandise would be sold and Tom Benson still wouldn't give a flying frick about having a former LSU player as a long snapper or special teams gunner or any other position.

This is big business. It's about winning or losing and the bottom line. Nobody in the front office wants to win NFL games with certain former college players on the roster. They just want to win games, period.

The only people that desperately want former LSU players on the Saints roster are people who are fans of both of those teams.

it was a troll post but exaggeration made it worse

Al Woods drafted in the 4th Rd

Didn't stick with Saints and no HOFer but he is still in the NFL. In every game for TN this year and played in every game the past two years for Pitt & TN. Just sticking 5 years in the NFL is a decent 4th Rd pick IMO.

Reid, like KV, had a good rookie year and has been mediocre at best since then.

For giggles, I checked both on PFF. KV is at +3.2 cumulative this season, Reid is at 0.0.

Speaking of great LSU players, I can see La'el Collins being an all pro in his future.

LSU players are probably good value picks because Les never develops their full talent.

That has become a well known fact and also that Saban gets the most out of his players, so essentially they are 'maxed out' by the time they reach the pros in terms of potential.

What a ridiculous assertion

We have the most players in the NFL because we aren't developing talent

Also must be the reason they are making huge impacts as rookies
