There is no way the Saints trade cooks. We've been shitty at WR for like 4 years and we finally aren't. Not happening.

Such shitty reporting... Clearly these guys are just attempting to recycle last week's news while adding nothing of substance.
Trade talks COULD surface? What is he even saying? You can replace Cooks' name with any player in the league and it would hold the same meaning. If the Eagles call the Saints to ask if Cooks is available, Loomis says no and hangs up, then technically trade talk surfaced, but that in no way means the Saints have interest in trading him.

While I think Thomas is our best receiver, Cooks is very close and why trade him if that leads to more Coleman drops and Snead seems always a little injured.
This trade would have happened before we realized how good Thomas is. I don't believe the rumors one bit. Next off season if we can get Leonard Williams for Cooks and a 4th I would do it.

We aren't. This would have happened right around when Ellerbe was getting healthy and Robertson was playing lights out.
And if Cle got him for a 3rd or 4th there is no fricking way in hell we were offering Cooks.
